More… In an effort to ensure the well being and safety of our residents, the Pueblo West Fire Department is implementing a temporary program during COVID-19 Stay at Home Executive Order issued by Gov. Polis. Between now and the time that this executive order is lifted, the fire department will provide a welfare check of residents who may not otherwise have anyone to check on them and meet any special needs they might have during this time of protective orders. A fire department crew member can be sent to check on a person and meet any reasonable need that they might otherwise not be able to do themselves during this executive order time period. Please complete the form and submit the information. A follow up will be conducted by a fire department crew member to better understand the need or future need of the resident. Welfare checks will be completed during the hours of 8am-5pm. Social distancing protocols will be maintained for the health and safety of our residents and firefighters. Less…
