EVENING TAI CHI
Tai Chi is an exercise for mind and body. Join us on Tuesday nights for a stress free hour of exercise, relaxation, and laughter! Improve your health, strengthen inner body and improve balance. Introduction to Chi Gong is included. The is a great class for those with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.
This class is held on Tuesdays at the Memorial Recreation Building, 230 E. George Dr.
