EVENING TAI CHI

This evening Tai Chi class is in the format of Song form. A beginner/intermediate
class, this would be great for people that have rheumatoid arthritis and even
fibromyalgia, to learn the importance of balance.

There will also be an introduction to QiGong, for health!

This class is held on Tuesdays at the Memorial Recreation Building, 230 E. George Dr.
