Step Aerobics
This new program is sure to get your heart pumping! Aerobics helps reduce stress and anxiety while increasing blood flow and bone density.
This easy class will not put stress to your joints. Steps are furnished by the Parks and Recreation department for use in the class.
A max of 12 students will be taken.
