Located at 230 S. McCulloch Blvd., the park has an area of 12 acres. The purpose was to show arts and crafts and have a scenic place for residents and non-residents alike to enjoy. The park has a fountain, lit flagpoles, a greenery area and a community Christmas tree. A bronze eagle sculpture representing the Pueblo West motto of "Where Eagles Soar," has been placed within these amenities.
