Kangaroo Kids
A Wednesday morning fitness class for the younger children, ages 2-4.
This enjoyable and inclusive kids class helps to safely and effectively improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Kids will be a "moovin" and a "groovin" to musical activities, cardio games, and stretching fun.
