A fitness class for the senior, to strengthen muscles and improve range of motion and balance, all done in a sitting position while listening to some great music.
No registration is necessary, just drop in and pay the instructor as you go. A great class to take for those with some physical limits, and you can meet new friends too. Held at the Memorial Recreation building at 230 E. George Dr.
You will need a towel or exercise band, any size hand weights, and a water bottle.
