YOGA FLOW (Fall 2010)

Yoga is an exceptional way for people to increase their physical and emotional fitness, as well as a gift of the body and mind. Following the traditional group exercise of warm-up, work and cool down, Yoga Flow classes involve the linking of several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance, as well as effectively working all parts of the body equally.
These Thursday evening classes are ideally for all levels of physical abilities to experience these yoga postures lnked in a flowing fitness format.
