Fees
The Declaration of Reservations provides on page 3 (A. Improvement Standards, No. 1 (PDF)): “The Committee may require a reasonable fee prior to checking or appraising said plans.”
Payments & Fee Information
- Fees are due at the time of application for Committee review.
- *Fees are nonrefundable.
- Fees will be returned only if the project is pulled prior to the meeting.
- Payments may be made by cash or check only. Sorry, we are not set up for debit or credit cards at this time.
