1. How will I know when to show up for the games?

At the end of registration, kids are placed onto teams and schedules are made in time for the coach meeting.  Coaches are instructed to call or email the team players and give them the information regarding team name, start date and time, and location of the program.  The first day you will get the tshirt ordered and schedules for the remainder of the sport program. 

2. How do we request a certain coach, or a friend to play with?

During registration, you will see a "special request" field.  In that field write or type the names of a player or coach that your player wants to be with.  Sometimes unforeseen circumstances might arise and we may not be able to fulfill your request, but we will try.

3. How do we find out if our game is canceled due to weather?

Our Sports Coordinator or Parks Director will determine if the weather is bad enough to cancel a program.  In turn, the coach will be called and he will then inform his team.  If you don't hear from a coach, please call the parks office at (719-547-7400) where we will have a recorded message informing of any cancellation.  We are also capable of contacting KKTV Channel 11 to put our information on the station scroll.  

4. What equipment does my player need?

On the first day the coach will hand out the tshirts that you ordered.  The only real need would be shin guards if playing in soccer.  Other than that, tennis shoes are good to wear for any sport program.
